• Gift card is redeemable at all The Collar Club outlets and its value is equivalent to the Singapore currency as printed.
• Gift card value is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. 
• Gift card is valid for Grooming / Spa / Daycare / Pet Hotel / Pet Transport Services, In-Store Retails and Package Purchase.
• One (1) week advance booking is needed for all the above services. Strictly no walk-in. 
• Please present e-voucher to our friendly staff for redemption.
• Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
• Voucher is valid for a single transaction only, any balance amount will not be refunded. 
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions voucher and/or sale period.
• Voucher cannot be redeemed to purchase gift cards.
• Voucher is not applicable for online purchase.
• CC points cannot be availed or redeemed while using this voucher. 
• Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
